Nutriboty Rosemary Leaves Super Infusion is a powerful digestive and diuretic tea because it is rich in minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium and phosphorus . It is also indicated for respiratory problems due to its stimulant and expectorant properties, in addition to relieving the pain of menstrual cramps.
Can be used for:
- Respiratory problems such as cough, especially when accompanied by phlegm, flu and asthma, as it is an expectorant and stimulant;
- Digestion problems;
- Overweight problems, as it promotes weight loss through its diuretic properties and its richness in minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium and phosphorus;

To prepare the infusion, use one teaspoon per cup of water (approximately 200 ml). As soon as the water boils, turn off the stove and add the dosage of leaves accordingly. Then, just wait 15 minutes for them to release their compounds into the water. Strain the herbs and it's ready to drink. If you prefer to drink your infusion cold, you can add ice or make a cold infusion by leaving the leaves in water in the fridge overnight for a minimum of 7 hours.
